Supplier terms: how we list and promote your stock
When you supply stock to Get (NZ) Limited, trading as Get Brands, these terms apply to how we list and promote it.
- Promoting the product brand. We may use the brand names, product names, photos, pack shots and product descriptions you supply, or that are publicly available for those products, to list, advertise and promote the stock on our website, in email, on social media and on other channels. This includes naming the brand to describe the product, for example "Jema Rose Recovery Lotion".
- We do not name you. We do not name you, or the importer or wholesaler the stock came through, in our advertising unless you agree in writing.
- Brand ownership. Brand names, logos and images stay with their owners. We are an independent retailer and do not say we are affiliated with, or endorsed by, a brand owner unless that is true.
- Your confirmation. You confirm you have the right to supply the stock for sale and to let us use the material you give us.
