Get (NZ) Limited (NZBN 9429032083286), trading as Get Brands. This policy explains how we handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Your name, contact details, delivery address and order history. For suppliers, business contact details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns and claims, keep records we must keep by law, and, if you agree, send you marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

• Our logistics contractor (Whys Logistics Limited) and couriers, to deliver orders.
• Our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and payment providers, which may store information overseas. We use providers that protect personal information in a way comparable to New Zealand law.
• Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and keep it only as long as we need it.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct your personal information. Contact our Privacy Officer at sales@getbrandsonline.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
